As a Salesperson at Cash Crusaders, your main goal is to make sure every customer has a great shopping experience. You’ll greet each customer with a friendly smile, guide them through their shopping journey, and ensure they leave the store satisfied. Your role is crucial in helping the store meet its sales targets and ensuring customers feel valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Always greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the products we offer and the latest trends, so you can provide expert advice.
• Product Testing: Ensure products are in perfect condition by testing them as needed before the sale.
• Merchandising: Keep the store looking attractive by arranging products neatly and according to store standards.
• Certification: Stay up to date with Cash Crusaders’ protocols and obtain any necessary certifications to perform your job effectively.

Retail Floor Management

Your job doesn’t stop at helping customers; you’ll also be responsible for keeping the retail floor running smoothly. This includes managing stock, maintaining security, and ensuring that the store meets its business goals. By doing so, you’ll help sustain the profitability of the store and contribute to its overall success.
