As a Buyer’s Assistant at Totalsports, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the buying process. From keeping track of orders to making sure our sample room is organized, your work will help us bring the best products to our customers.
Supporting the Buying Team: You’ll be the go-to person for all things related to the buying process. Whether it’s helping place orders or keeping everything organized, your support is key.
Managing the Critical Path: This means you’ll help make sure everything happens on time, from ordering products to getting them ready for sale.
Organizing the Sample Room: Keeping track of product samples is crucial. You’ll maintain our sample room, making sure everything is in order and ready when needed.
Compiling Reports: You’ll regularly update spreadsheets and reports, making sure our buying team has all the information they need to make the best decisions.
Quality Assurance: You’ll help make sure that the products we sell meet our high standards. This includes checking samples and working closely with suppliers.
Communicating with Suppliers: Building strong relationships with suppliers is key to our success. You’ll be in regular contact to gather the information needed to load products into our system and manage any changes.
Supporting Customer Service: When there are questions or issues with products or orders, you’ll help resolve them. Your role is vital in making sure our customers are happy.
Preparing for Presentations: Whether it’s getting products ready for display or pulling together the documents needed for meetings, you’ll ensure everything is ready to go.
