What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant, your main role is to grow sales, build customer relationships, and make sure coffee machines and products meet top standards at customer sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

Meeting monthly sales and volume goals
Providing excellent service to current customers using a structured call plan
Making sure all customers get top-quality coffee through regular machine checks and training
Finding and contacting new customers based on sales goals
Closing new deals with tailored coffee and beverage solutions
Doing on-site visits, product presentations, and customer training at installation
Reporting and tracking progress with your manager
Building long-term coffee relationships with clients
Ensuring high-quality coffee is served from CIRO equipment

What You Need to Apply

Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
Certificate or Diploma in Business or similar (advantageous)
Valid Driver’s License with at least 2 years of driving experience
Sales experience preferred
Knowledge of coffee machines or coffee industry is a big bonus
2–3 years of customer service or interaction experience
Experience in the Out-of-Home (OOH) market or hospitality is a plus
Good understanding of sales systems and commercial terms
Comfortable with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
