• ✔️ Take care of equipment – cleaning, tightening, and replacing parts.
• ✔️ Use cleaning supplies responsibly and report if more are needed.
• ✔️ Serve refreshments during office meetings.
• ✔️ Help set up venues for public or internal events.
• ✔️ Uphold Batho Pele principles (Putting People First).
• ✔️ Assist in reducing waste and managing city resources wisely.
• ✔️ Interact ethically and professionally with city staff and stakeholders.
