🎯 Job Purpose

To provide top-quality food, beverage, and hospitality services at SARB events and functions — helping create a welcoming and professional experience for guests, clients, and staff.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🧹 Set up, clear and prep venues like boardrooms, cafés, and meeting spaces.
🥤 Serve food and beverages with the highest hygiene and courtesy standards.
🧼 Ensure full compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, OHS&E).
🧽 Keep all working areas clean, safe, and organized.
👥 Engage with clients, staff, and visitors politely and professionally.
📦 Keep track of cutlery and crockery – record any breakages or shortages.
🧠 Work independently and solve problems as they come up.
🕒 Complete tasks on time and to standard.
🔄 Continuously look for ways to improve service delivery.
🧳 Handle lost and found items correctly.

✅ What You’ll Need

Minimum Requirements

✅ Grade 12 (Matric) / NQF Level 4 certificate
✅ 1–2 years’ experience in a hospitality-related role
✅ Additional experience in corporate or event catering is a plus
