👔 About the Role

As a Corporate Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our service – ensuring dining rooms are beautifully set, orders are taken accurately, food is served professionally, and guests leave with a smile. You will help prepare, serve, and maintain high hygiene standards in a corporate environment.

🛠️ Duties & Responsibilities

🍽️ Set up tables, linen, and decorations according to required standards
🧴 Clean and refill condiment sets; ensure fresh table flowers
🥗 Prepare light meals (e.g., sandwiches, salads, cheese boards) when needed
📋 Take orders and communicate them to the kitchen accurately
🥂 Serve meals and beverages with courtesy and professionalism
💳 Present bills and handle payments properly
🧼 Keep dining areas clean and tables cleared efficiently without rushing guests
💬 Attend to customer complaints politely
🚨 Report any suspicious items and know evacuation protocols
📚 Attend training and meetings as required
🧍‍♂️ Maintain personal hygiene and ensure team follows suit

✅ Minimum Requirements

🎓 Matric / National Senior Certificate
🧑‍💼 Minimum age: 18 years old
⌛ Willing to work 45–50 hours per week

🧠 Skills & Competencies Needed

💬 Good communication skills (verbal and written)
➕ Basic arithmetic skills (for billing and orders)
⏱️ Ability to work quickly and safely under pressure
