What You’ll Be Doing Every Day

Here are some of the tasks you’ll take care of as part of your job:

• Process payments at the till: Scan items, handle cash and cards, and make sure every transaction is accurate and fast.
• Promote the Clicks ClubCard: Encourage customers to sign up or use their ClubCards to earn rewards and enjoy discounts.
• Share deals and promos: Let customers know about in-store promotions and help boost sales.
• Deliver excellent customer service: Be polite, professional, and helpful at all times — you are the face of Clicks!
• Keep the store looking good: Make sure shelves are neat, products are in the right place, and the store is clean and tidy.
• Support store operations: From restocking to merchandising, you’ll help keep the shop running smoothly.
• Stay updated: Know about new products, special events, and promotions so you can assist customers properly.

What You Need to Apply

You don’t need a long CV or lots of experience. If you’ve got the basics and a good attitude, you’re already halfway there.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: You must have completed Grade 12.
• Subjects (advantageous): It’s a plus if you passed Maths and English with 50% or more.

Experience:
