What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable for our customers. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Efficiently Manage POS Operations: You’ll handle the point of sale (POS) activities, ensuring every transaction is processed quickly and accurately.
- Handle Payments with Care: From cash to card payments, you’ll ensure that every cent is accounted for while maintaining a safe and secure cash handling process.
- Promote Our Clubcard: You’ll actively encourage customers to join our loyalty program and help them enjoy the benefits of being a Clubcard member.
- Boost Sales with Promotions: Keep our customers informed about ongoing promotions, helping them save more while increasing sales for the store.
- Deliver Top-Notch Customer Service: Be a brand ambassador by providing friendly, professional service that makes our customers feel valued.
- Maintain Store Standards: From merchandising to housekeeping, you’ll ensure that the store looks great and products are well-displayed.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for individuals who have the skills and experience to excel in this role. Here’s what we’re after:
Knowledge and Skills:
- Math Skills: Basic calculations to handle transactions smoothly.
