What You’ll Do as a Part-Time Sales Consultant

As an iStore Sales Consultant, your mission is to maximize every sales opportunity and ensure that customers leave with a smile. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

Engage with Customers: Approach and interact with customers to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and showcase Apple’s innovative products and services.
Hands-On Demonstrations: Give customers an interactive experience with Apple products, explaining features and benefits to help them make informed decisions.
Create Memorable Experiences: Go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest Apple products and services, ensuring you can provide expert advice to every customer.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dynamic team, contributing to a positive and energetic work environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for individuals who are not only tech-savvy but also passionate about retail and customer service. If you have the following, we’d love to hear from you:

Educational Qualification: A minimum of a Matric certificate.
Sales Experience: Some experience in retail sales or product knowledge is an advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Passion for Apple: A genuine enthusiasm for Apple products and technology.
