What’s This Job About?

As a General Clerk for the Debrief Process, you’ll play a critical role in helping Clover manage its distribution operations. Your main responsibilities will include checking the drivers’ jobs for the day, identifying any concerns, and ensuring that all driver-related administrative processes run smoothly. You’ll also work closely with the Distribution Manager to ensure accurate and timely information is shared, simplifying the overall reconciliation process.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Inspecting Drivers’ Work: You’ll review the drivers’ jobs for the day, ensuring that everything is in order and identifying any potential issues.
Simplifying the Reconciliation Process: Part of your job will be preparing and planning drivers’ tasks to make the reconciliation process easier and more efficient.
Providing Timely Information: It’s important to keep the Distribution Manager informed of any issues or discrepancies that arise during your inspection of the drivers’ jobs.
Supporting Drivers with Admin Work: You’ll assist drivers in improving their administrative behavior, ensuring all their documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Need to Apply

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes at the required level.
Fluency in Business English.
Advanced computer literacy: You should be comfortable working with different types of software to complete your tasks.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
