💡 What’s This In-Service Trainee Role About?

You’ll be working in the Manufacturing Department, learning how to produce and test the final syrup used in Coca-Cola’s products. You’ll be exposed to high-tech automation, quality control processes, and real production systems.

This is not just an internship – it’s hands-on industry training with the chance to work on real improvement projects and use SAP systems, lean manufacturing techniques, and quality audits.

🧪 Key Duties You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare and analyse syrups for production use
• Use SAP systems to manage stock and quality checks
• Run validations on in-house processes
• Help solve automation issues and support process improvements
• Assist with quality audits and product testing
• Join teams working on continuous improvement projects
• Support and train production staff on analysis procedures

📚 Who Can Apply?

To be considered, you must:

✅ Be studying towards a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering
✅ Have Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (min 40%)
✅ Be a South African Citizen
✅ Be between 18–35 years old
✅ Be currently unemployed
✅ Be from an Employment Equity background
✅ Have not completed in-service training before
✅ Have passed two South African languages (min 40%)
✅ Have a letter from your institution requesting in-service training
