💡 What’s This In-Service Trainee Role About?

You’ll be working in the Manufacturing Department, learning how to produce and test the final syrup used in Coca-Cola’s products. You’ll be exposed to high-tech automation, quality control processes, and real production systems.

This is not just an internship – it’s hands-on industry training with the chance to work on real improvement projects and use SAP systems, lean manufacturing techniques, and quality audits.

🧪 Key Duties You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare and analyse syrups for production use
Use SAP systems to manage stock and quality checks
Run validations on in-house processes
Help solve automation issues and support process improvements
Assist with quality audits and product testing
Join teams working on continuous improvement projects
Support and train production staff on analysis procedures

📚 Who Can Apply?

To be considered, you must:

✅ Be studying towards a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering
✅ Have Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (min 40%)
✅ Be a South African Citizen
✅ Be between 18–35 years old
✅ Be currently unemployed
✅ Be from an Employment Equity background
✅ Have not completed in-service training before
✅ Have passed two South African languages (min 40%)
✅ Have a letter from your institution requesting in-service training
