If you’ve got a Matric certificate and a passion for learning, this 12-month Learnership Programme based in Phoenix, South Africa, is your shot at building a solid career foundation – with a monthly stipend included!

This isn’t just training – it’s a National Certificate: Business Administration Services (NQF 3) backed by the Food and Beverages SETA. You’ll get formal training and real workplace experience in the Coca-Cola HR department – all while earning.

🧠 What Will You Learn?

As part of the Learnership, you will:

Complete formal Business Administration (NQF Level 3) training.
Gain real-life experience by working in Coca-Cola’s HR department.
Be guided through structured on-the-job learning with mentorship and coaching.
Provide administrative support throughout the year, including during peak business times and staff leave.

✅ Who Can Apply?

To qualify, you MUST:

Be South African.
Be unemployed and aged between 18–34 years.
Have a Grade 12/Matric with Maths or Maths Literacy and English (40% minimum pass).
Have a disability (proof from a doctor/medical certificate required).
Be available full-time for 12 months and able to attend classes during weekdays (and Saturdays if required).
NOT be currently studying or enrolled in another learnership.
NOT have completed the same NQF Level 3 qualification before.
Have no criminal or bad credit record.
Be willing to work weekends/public holidays and under pressure.
Live in or near Phoenix, or be willing to relocate/travel there.
