🎯 What This Learnership Offers

As a learner, you will be part of the Commercial (Sales and Marketing) team and learn all the ins and outs of the business. You’ll report directly to a Team Leader: Sales and get to work in real environments across Coca-Cola’s regional teams.

You’ll be trained in:

  • Sales processes and customer service
  • How to grow volume and manage client orders
  • Merchandising and retail presentation
  • Customer relationship management
  • Marketing strategies and branding
  • Communication and team coordination
  • Time management and planning

This isn’t just classroom stuff – you’ll get real, on-the-job experience that helps you build confidence and industry knowledge.

✔️ What You Need to Qualify

To apply, you must meet these requirements:

📚 Education:

  • Grade 12/Matric Certificate with Maths or Maths Literacy (40%)
  • Passed two South African languages (with at least 40%)
  • A Diploma or Degree (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Driver’s License (advantageous)

🧑 Personal Requirements:

  • You must be unemployed at the time of applying
  • You must be between 18–35 years old
  • You must be a South African citizen
  • You must be willing to commit to the full 12-month programme
  • You must not have completed the same qualification or learnership before
