🎯 What This Learnership Offers

As a learner, you will be part of the Commercial (Sales and Marketing) team and learn all the ins and outs of the business. You’ll report directly to a Team Leader: Sales and get to work in real environments across Coca-Cola’s regional teams.

You’ll be trained in:

Sales processes and customer service
How to grow volume and manage client orders
Merchandising and retail presentation
Customer relationship management
Marketing strategies and branding
Communication and team coordination
Time management and planning

✔️ What You Need to Qualify

To apply, you must meet these requirements:

📚 Education:

Grade 12/Matric Certificate with Maths or Maths Literacy (40%)
Passed two South African languages (with at least 40%)
A Diploma or Degree (advantageous but not mandatory)
Driver’s License (advantageous)

🧑 Personal Requirements:

You must be unemployed at the time of applying
You must be between 18–35 years old
You must be a South African citizen
You must be willing to commit to the full 12-month programme
You must not have completed the same qualification or learnership before
