Data Capturer (Temp) required in Somerset West.

A renowned Aviation Engineering company is looking for a “Data Capturer (Temp)”to join their team on a 6-week contract basis in the Helderberg Area, Cape Town.

Position Overview:

• The person will be based at the clients’ offices and will work very closely with a Buyer.
• The duration of the contract will be 6 weeks, starting from 02 September 2024 to 11 October 2024.

Position Requirements and Skills:

• Matric certificate (Grade 12 or NQF equivalent)
• Relevant qualification
• Experience in a similar position.
• Be involved with a Request for Quotation (RFQ) exercise involving:
  • Sending RFQ
  • Receiving RFQ, and
  • Compiling RFQ data for Buyer evaluation.
• Detail orientated and accurate.
• Involved with quotations.
• Procurement background.
• Comfortable with Excel – possibly V look ups.
