Minimum Requirements

To apply for the Data Capturer role, you must have:

Senior Certificate (Matric) or National Certificate (Vocational)
Good communication skills and the ability to work with different people
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
Knowledge of Health Data Capturing Systems is a plus
A clear criminal record

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Capturer, you will:

Enter health-related information into approved data systems.
Check that data is accurate and matches original records.
Keep records updated and stored correctly.
Produce weekly and monthly data reports.
Back up information regularly.
Maintain statistics and registers when needed.

Your work will directly support the improvement of healthcare services and ensure accurate reporting for the Department of Health.
