    • Control of Access to Public Premises and Vehicle Act

    • Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
    • National Intelligence Strategy Act
  • Willingness to work long hours and shifts (This includes weekends and holidays)

What You’ll Be Doing on the Job

  • Make sure all visitors have appointments and check if they need help
  • Direct visitors to the right department or person
  • Keep accurate records of who enters and leaves the building
  • Issue visitor cards or admission control documents
  • Escort visitors to the right place if needed
  • Lock and unlock building entrances
  • Watch for suspicious activity and prevent dangerous items from entering
  • Help resolve security incidents and report them
  • Work with other teams to improve building safety and digital systems
  • Protect people and company property from threats or risks
  • Guide and support other staff on safety rules and compliance
