What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

✔ Boosting sales by helping customers choose the best products
✔ Providing top-notch customer service every step of the way
✔ Handling cash and card transactions accurately
✔ Keeping the store looking neat and presentable
✔ Managing stock, pricing, and product displays
✔ Answering customer questions and giving expert advice
✔ Following company policies to ensure smooth operations
✔ Handling customer complaints in a professional manner
✔ Monitoring store security and preventing fraud

Who Can Apply? (Minimum Requirements)

To be considered for this role, you need:

✔ Matric (Grade 12 Certificate)
✔ Sales qualification (advantageous but not required)
✔ 2 – 3 years of retail sales experience
✔ Basic computer skills

Must-Have Skills:
