Minimum Requirements You Must Meet

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following essential requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Proof of full vaccination (certificate required)
At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment
Computer literacy, including MS Office and internet browser administration

Advantageous but not compulsory:

Basic understanding of e-commerce and online shopping in South Africa
Ability to communicate in more than one language

What You Will Be Doing (Job Responsibilities)

As an Online Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and improving the Click & Collect system to ensure customers have a smooth experience. Your tasks will include:

Delivering excellent customer service to all Click & Collect users.
Managing customer orders and ensuring they are ready for collection before the customer arrives.
Staying up to date with emails and system notifications and taking action where needed.
Keeping accurate records of all orders — from receiving to packing and releasing them to customers.
Looking for ways to reduce customer wait times and improve the collection process.
Reporting any system issues immediately to avoid disruptions.
Correctly picking and packing parcels to avoid mistakes or discrepancies.
Resolving customer queries quickly and effectively.
Updating management about any unresolved customer issues.
Keeping management informed with regular feedback on online operations.
Implementing new processes or changes as instructed by management.
