Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Retail Store Assistant, your daily tasks will include working with customers, handling store operations, and supporting the management team.

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, product queries, and store information
• Build a professional and friendly relationship with customers

• Make sure customer issues are resolved quickly and correctly

Store and Cash Handling Duties

• Assist at the point of sale when needed
