About the Position

Assist with store layout and presentation to attract customers and increase sales.
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure all shoppers have a positive experience.
Manage stock room tasks, mark-downs, and lay-bys, following correct procedures.
Help with merchandise replenishment and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, you need to meet the following minimum requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
Previous sales experience in a retail environment.
Strong customer service orientation and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Good planning and time management skills to handle daily tasks effectively.
Computer literacy to manage basic store operations.
Keen attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth processes.
