What Will You Be Doing? (Key Responsibilities)

As an Assistant Counter Manager, your duties will include:

What You Need to Qualify

To be considered for this role, you must have:

📌 Education & Experience:

✔️ Proven experience in retail (preferably in cosmetics).
✔️ Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
✔️ Experience in coaching and mentoring others to meet sales and customer service targets.
✔️ Knowledge of retail operations (e.g., inventory management, cash reconciliation).
✔️ Previous experience using Point of Sale (POS) software.
