βœ… NQF Level 4 in Wholesale & Retail Operations (or related field).
βœ… Retail experience: 3 – 5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
βœ… Basic computer skills: You should be comfortable using store systems and software.
βœ… Good communication skills: You need to be able to talk to customers and staff clearly and professionally.
