What You’ll Be Doing

As a Fashion Consultant at Exact, your role will include:

Customer Experience:

• Serving as a brand ambassador by providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Identifying customer needs and offering the best possible solutions to exceed their expectations.
• Consistently delivering exceptional customer service, building customer loyalty, and navigating customer challenges with ease.

Sales Performance:

• Actively tracking your sales performance against targets, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales goals.
• Selling a wide range of products and staying informed about the latest décor and fashion trends.
• Seeking out new sales opportunities and taking initiative to boost sales.

Stock Management:

• Assisting with the replenishment of stock to ensure that the store is always ready for customers.
• Ensuring that the store is well-organized and products are presented attractively to maximize sales.
