As a Sales Assistant at EXACT, you will be welcoming customers, helping them find the best products, and handling sales transactions. Your goal will be to increase sales, hit targets, and provide top-notch customer service. You’ll also be responsible for making sure the store looks great and building good relationships with customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Talking to customers and recommending the best products
✅ Making sure every customer has a great shopping experience
✅ Promoting special deals and offers
✅ Helping with stock management and store displays
✅ Processing payments and handling transactions
✅ Building relationships with store managers and customers
✅ Meeting daily and monthly sales targets
✅ Handling customer questions and complaints

What You Need to Apply:

✔️ Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
✔️ At least 6 months of sales experience
✔️ Good communication skills (must be fluent in English)
✔️ Live within 15km of the job location
✔️ Clear criminal record
✔️ Own a smartphone with at least 10GB storage

Bonus Skills That Will Give You an Edge:

💡 Knowledge of sales and marketing
💡 Customer service experience
💡 Basic computer skills (MS Office)
💡 Strong admin and communication skills
