Responsibilities:

Boost Sales: Drive turnover to meet and exceed sales targets.
Control Expenses: Manage expenses to maintain profitability.
Manage Stock Losses: Ensure stock losses are minimized and shrinkage is within company standards.
People Management: Recruit, develop, and manage staff, handle employee relations, and oversee performance management.
Merchandising: Implement and maintain in-store merchandising strategies and standards.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers are happy by delivering excellent customer service and meeting their needs.

Requirements:

Matric Certificate: Essential qualification.
Numbers and Admin Skills: Must be good with figures and administrative tasks.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to stay organized and thorough in all tasks.
Leadership: Excellent leadership and business management skills.
Profit and Sales Focused: Driven by profit and turnover goals.
Risk Management: Ability to manage risk within the store.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation.
Quick Learner: Ability to learn new things quickly.
Relevant Qualification: Having a relevant qualification is a plus.

Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups as per the Employment Equity Act.
