Your Role: As a Fashion Consultant, you will be the face of The Fix brand, offering a top-notch customer experience and helping customers find the perfect outfits. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Brand Ambassador: Represent The Fix with pride, ensuring every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
• Customer Solutions: Listen to customers’ needs and provide them with the best fashion solutions, exceeding their expectations.
• Sales Tracking: Keep an eye on sales performance, working towards achieving and surpassing targets.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest fashion and décor trends to advise customers accurately.
• Sales Opportunities: Always be on the lookout for new ways to boost sales and bring in new customers.
• Stock Replenishment: Make sure the store is always fully stocked and ready to welcome customers.

What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is a must.

People Skills: A passion for working with people and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Target Driven: A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
