What You Will Be Doing Every Day

As a waiter at Fedics, your daily tasks will go beyond just taking orders. You will be expected to handle different responsibilities that help the business run smoothly.

Serving and Customer Experience

Serve food, drinks, and snacks to customers

Communicate clearly and politely with customers
Suggest drinks or food to increase sales (upselling)

Preparing Drinks and Food Areas

Prepare garnishes like fruit or decorations for drinks
Keep the coffee and drink area clean and organized
Wash and arrange glassware properly

Stock and Inventory Duties

Keep track of items like soft drinks, tea, coffee, fruits, and cream
Order supplies when stock is running low
Arrange displays of drinks and glassware
Monitor stock usage and reduce waste

Equipment and Systems

Use machines that mix and serve drinks
Operate point of sale (POS) systems for orders
Handle manual work if machines are not working

Teamwork and Extra Responsibilities

Work with other staff to ensure smooth service
Help plan menus and promotions if needed
Support supervisors in managing operations
Assist in tracking stock and handling shortages
