Job Overview – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Technical Dispatch Agent Level 2, your main role is to:

  • Schedule and book service calls for customers.
  • Organize technicians to attend those service calls on time.
  • Keep in touch with customers before and after the technician visits.
  • Follow up on any issues, delays, or repeated problems.
  • Enter updates and customer changes into the system.
  • Make sure the right technician is sent to the right job based on location and skill.
  • Call customers to promote services and campaigns when needed.

You’ll need to be calm under pressure, speak clearly on the phone, and enjoy solving problems. A big part of this job is keeping people happy while making sure the schedule works for everyone.


Minimum Requirements to Apply

To qualify for this role, you must:

  • Have a Grade 12 certificate (Matric).
  • Be able to use a computer and work with programs like MS Office and Outlook.
  • Have strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
  • Understand how security systems work (basic user level).
  • Be friendly, professional, and motivated.
  • Be comfortable handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Be able to work well with others as part of a team.
  • Have experience in customer service, working in a call centre, or managing appointments (this is an advantage, not a must).
