As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the smiling face helping people access these devices. You’ll promote PayJoy’s services, boost store sales, and help customers take control of their tech future.

What You’ll Do Every Day

Working with Smollan and PayJoy, your role is to drive awareness and sales at various partner stores. You’ll be part promoter, part educator, and all about results. Here’s what your day might look like:

Your Daily Tasks Include:

Engaging with Customers: Talk to shoppers, explain how PayJoy financing works, and guide them through the process.
Selling Smart: Showcase the benefits of PayJoy’s flexible plans and how it helps people get smartphones they love.
Promoting the Brand: Keep displays clean, professional, and eye-catching while being a proud PayJoy ambassador.
Assisting Customers: Help with applications and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Reporting Back: Share daily updates with your team on customer feedback, sales progress, and what’s trending.
Keeping Track: Follow up with store teams, manage merchandise, and ensure pricing is correct and products are visible.
Upselling Products: Identify customer needs and offer the best add-ons or upgrades to boost basket size.
Visiting Multiple Sites: Travel between assigned stores in your area to meet targets.

What You’ll Need to Apply

If you meet these requirements, you’re already halfway in:

Matric (Grade 12)
6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (telecom experience is a bonus!)
Clear criminal record
Your own smartphone with at least 10GB storage
Must use a Vodacom SIM card if hired
Ability to travel between different stores
Basic understanding of mobile apps, CRM tools, and how to talk to customers with confidence
