This role is all about keeping control, maintaining discipline, and making sure operations run smoothly in the control room. You’ll lead the control room staff, manage incident reports, and help enforce strict security protocols. ✅ Minimum Requirements

Before you apply, make sure you meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
  • PSIRA Grade B registration with traceable references
  • At least 2 years of control room experience in the security industry
  • Own reliable transport
  • First Aid & Fire Fighting certifications
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office & CCTV software)
  • Fluent in English
  • No criminal record
  • Must reside in Ballito or surrounding areas
