This role is all about keeping control, maintaining discipline, and making sure operations run smoothly in the control room. You’ll lead the control room staff, manage incident reports, and help enforce strict security protocols. If you’re reliable, tech-savvy, and have what it takes to handle pressure in a high-responsibility environment, Fidelity Services Group wants you on their team.

✅ Minimum Requirements

Before you apply, make sure you meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
PSIRA Grade B registration with traceable references
At least 2 years of control room experience in the security industry
Own reliable transport
First Aid & Fire Fighting certifications
Strong computer literacy (MS Office & CCTV software)
Fluent in English
No criminal record
Must reside in Ballito or surrounding areas

Managing the control room team and daily activities
Ensuring discipline and performance standards are met
Updating the incident register regularly
Maintaining clear communication with team members and management
Responding quickly and effectively to incidents or alarms
