🛠️ Job Duties & Responsibilities
As a Line Warehouse Controller, your role will involve managing and organizing aircraft spares, ensuring real-time data entry into the ERP system, and supporting the maintenance team. Key tasks include:
- Coordinate aircraft spare parts movements between bases and stations
- Accurately update and maintain stock info in the ERP system
- Sort and store parts as per company Work Instructions
- Perform cycle counts and random inventory checks
- Handle documentation for spare part movement and COMAT shipping
- Monitor shelf-life of tools, consumables, and rotables
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in the warehouse
- Manage spares requisitions and respond to queries across communication platforms
- Ensure secure access and daily warehouse reports
- Assist in aircraft spares loading/unloading
- Support general warehouse duties as assigned
✅ Minimum Requirements
To qualify, candidates must meet the following:
- Education: Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential)
- Experience: 2–3 years in a warehouse environment (Essential)
- Driver’s License (EB) – Must be able to drive with trailer (long)
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Tool Knowledge & Stock Management (FIFO)
- Forklift License: Advantageous
- Understanding of Dangerous Goods, OHS, AMO standards
- Must have a valid passport
- Own transport required
- Flexible to work shifts, overtime, and travel
