The YES Programme offers a 12-month fixed-term contract, giving you valuable exposure to the retail industry. Who Should Apply?

The YES Programme at Foschini is looking for young, energetic individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Age: Between 18 to 28 years old
• Education: Matric (preferred), or at least Grade 10
• Contract: Available to work a 12-month fixed-term contract
• Employment History: Must not have been employed permanently by a single employer for more than one year
• Study: Should not be studying full-time during the year of employment (April 2023 – March 2024)
• YES Programme: Must not have participated or been registered on the YES Programme before
• Transportation: Applicants should be able to manage their own accommodation and transportation costs, if applicable
• Employment Equity: Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act
