Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to support the warehouse team in all aspects of operations. As a General Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Sorting and placing materials in designated areas.
Organizing and storing products in predetermined sequences.
Utilizing material handling equipment such as forklifts and performing other duties including housekeeping.
Maintaining daily inventory records using a computerized system.
Assisting in preparing picklists for production.
Performing regular inventory checks to identify discrepancies and report findings.
Helping to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are followed.
Handling and organizing warehouse materials.
Moving materials into correct locations and offloading trucks.

You Might Like:

Requirements:

Minimum of Grade 12.
At least 5 years of warehouse experience; experience in pharmaceuticals is a plus.
Forklift license.
Ability to operate a manual pallet jack.
Ability to operate an electrical walk-behind pallet jack.
