About the Job – Fuel Attendant

As a Fuel Attendant at GWK Fuel Station, your main role will be to assist customers with their fuel and lubricant needs, keep the station clean, and ensure customers leave satisfied with their service experience. This is a front-line role where you will interact with customers daily, so a friendly attitude is a must.

Minimum Requirements

To apply, you should have:

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification
Ability to work accurately with numbers
Ability to work well under pressure
A clean criminal record
Attention to detail and precision in all tasks

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Serving customers at the fuel pumps quickly and politely
Building and maintaining good customer relationships
Keeping track of fuel stock and reporting shortages
Assisting with fuel deliveries when they arrive
Ensuring the site is clean and tidy at all times
Doing other general tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Skills Needed

Good customer service and people skills
Clear and polite communication
Physical ability to stand and work outdoors for long periods
Basic reading and writing skills to handle stock and records
