🔹 What You’ll Do:

✅ Maintain Security at G4S Premises

Enforce strict access control at all security checkpoints.
Oversee loading procedures and ensure adherence to security policies.
Regularly test security systems (alarms, panic buttons, perimeter fences).
Conduct after-hours security inspections and log reports.
Manage security risks related to cash consignments.

✅ Manage Vehicles, Equipment & Standard Procedures

Ensure firearms and equipment are well-maintained and operational.
Control the issue of firearms, ammunition, identity documents, and scanners.
Supervise vehicle inspections and confirm compliance with SOPs.
Provide armed escort services for armored vehicles.
Conduct security investigations when necessary.

✅ Staff Management & Compliance

Maintain a high level of discipline, morale, and security awareness among staff.
Ensure all security personnel adhere to uniform and equipment standards.
Monitor and enforce compliance with security SOPs.

✅ Health & Safety Compliance

Participate in safety meetings and training programs.
Report and follow up on safety incidents.
Ensure strict compliance with safety policies and protective gear usage.

🎯 What You Need to Qualify:

✔️ Grade 12 (Matric)
✔️ Grade C PSIRA & CIT Certification
✔️ Firearm Competency Certificate
✔️ Valid Driver’s License & PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
✔️ Experience in tactical security operations

💡 Knowledge & Skills:

✅ Familiarity with security SOPs & South African security legislation
✅ Strong risk management & investigation abilities
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
✅ Excellent communication & leadership skills
✅ Customer service and client liaison expertise
