Game Store Vacancies For December 2024

The game is inviting unemployed individuals to apply for jobs . Although this is a part-time/ contract position, successful applicants will gain great retail experience by creating an ultimate shopping experience for customers.

Furthermore, successful candidates will be responsible for growing sales performance by being skilled multi-taskers.

Minimum requirement

No qualification is needed to qualify for the position, but Matric/Grade 12 will be an added advantage.
Must be self-motivated, result and target driven.
Be willing to work retail hours (during weekends and public holidays)
Strengthen the team by helping customers through the purchasin
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Greet, Thank and Help customers during their shopping.

Make the customer’s shopping experience easy, simple and stress-free.
Ensure that all customers are served promptly, efficiently and in a courteous manner.
Improve customer service levels
Resolve customer complaints and
queries timeously by providing relevant information or escalating the queries to management.
Engage with customers by informing them of products and services that are offered by Game stores
To execute the customer experience initiatives as per Game stores requirement.
