Growthpoint Graduate Programme 2026 Vacancies (Multiple Posts)

Growthpoint Invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their Graduate Programme 2026 Vacancies (Multiple Posts). The closing date for applications is 11 December 2025.

If you have just finished your studies or you are about to graduate, this is the kind of opportunity that can change your future. Growthpoint, South Africa’s biggest listed property company, is opening its doors to young, ambitious, and curious graduates who are ready to take their first big step into the working world. This is not just another graduate programme. It is a chance to be part of something meaningful, exciting, and full of learning.

This programme is based in Johannesburg and runs for around 9 to 12 months. During that time, you will gain hands-on experience in the real estate and property industry while being guided by experienced professionals who want to see you succeed.

About Growthpoint and What They Do

Growthpoint is known as South Africa’s largest JSE-listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). That might sound complicated, but in simple words, it means Growthpoint owns and manages a large number of buildings across South Africa and other parts of the world, like Australia and Eastern Europe.

They look after over 490 properties, including:

  • Office buildings
  • Shopping centres
  • Industrial spaces
  • Business parks

They don’t just build buildings. They create spaces where people work, shop, grow businesses, and build their futures. They care a lot about sustainability, which means protecting the environment, saving energy, and creating spaces that are good for people and the planet.

By joining Growthpoint’s Graduate Programme, you will become part of a company that focuses on innovation, smart thinking, and long-term success.

What Is the Growthpoint Graduate Programme About?

The Growthpoint Graduate Programme is an 11-month journey that is designed to grow your skills and help you understand how the property world really works. This is not a job where you sit around doing nothing. You will be given real tasks, real responsibilities, and real projects to work on.

You will:

  • Learn how the property and real estate industry works
  • See how buildings are managed and improved
  • Work with different teams and departments
  • Gain experience in planning, reporting, and problem-solving
  • Take part in learnerships linked to your role

You will also be given chances to visit different sites and locations. These off-site experiences will help you understand the business from different angles and give you a wider view of the industry.

Throughout the programme, a Senior Manager will be there to guide you, support you, and give you useful feedback. This person will act like a mentor, helping you grow step by step.

What You Will Do as a Growthpoint Graduate

As soon as you join the programme, you will start learning by doing. You will not just be watching from the side. You will be part of the action.

Writing and Presenting Information

Supporting Big Plans

Growthpoint always has projects and plans for the future. You may help track progress, check action plans, and make sure things are moving in the right direction.

Being Active in the Team
