If you’re between the ages of 18 and 30, currently unemployed, and eager to learn, the Guardrisk Learnership Programme could be the break you’ve been waiting for. The programme begins on 1 March 2026, offering practical training, mentorship, and an opportunity to gain a recognised qualification while earning a monthly stipend of R6,500.

Through this 12-month programme, learners will gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in the workplace. By the end of the learnership, you’ll achieve a Short-Term and Long-Term Insurance NQF Level 4 Qualification, accredited by INSETA and recognised by SAQA.
While completing the learnership doesn’t guarantee a permanent job, it opens doors to careers in Claims, Operations, and other insurance-related fields. You’ll gain valuable experience that will help you stand out in a competitive job market.
