  • Capturing and processing purchase orders for the Learning team
  • Helping the manager with grant funding from SETA and tax rebates from SARS
  • Coordinating learnership programmes, from start to finish

  • Assisting other Learning and Development Managers when needed
  • Helping with the BBBEE skills development process
  • Collecting and organizing important training data and documents
  • Assisting with virtual onboarding for new employees
  • Supporting different projects with administration
  • Helping with catering and travel arrangements when needed
  • Working with suppliers and assisting with vendor processes
  • Managing the Learner Management System (LMS)
  • Closing off classes and downloading completed reports
  • Making sure learning plans support employment equity and transformation goals
  • Checking and confirming data for SETA accreditation
  • Updating and maintaining training records
  • Supporting the Skills Development Facilitator with reports
