What You’ll Be Doing Every Day

• Helping new clients register their mobile betting accounts
• Explaining how the mobile app works and how to place bets
• Promoting special offers and mobile sign-up bonuses
• Reaching daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Going out into the field to meet people and promote the brand
• Setting up displays at shops, events, or public places
• Making sure customer information is collected correctly (FICA documents like ID photos)
• Teaching customers how to use their sign-up bonus to place bets
• Keeping your work area neat and clean
• Handling and taking care of all mobile devices or equipment used
• Completing weekly training sessions online and through company tools
• Moving between stores or outlets when required

What You Need To Get This Job

You don’t need a fancy degree, but it helps if you have:

• Experience working in a similar job (not a must, but good to have)
• Confidence when speaking to people
• The ability to explain things clearly
• Focus and attention to detail
• Motivation to meet and exceed your targets
• Knowledge of mobile betting and betting products
• Understanding of top-up vouchers (TUVs)
