💼 Key Duties and Responsibilities:
✅ Betting Operations
- Take customer bets and explain odds and payouts
- Update betting boards and handle card changes or results throughout the day
- Know all betting rules and limits
- Notify managers when placing big bets
💸 Cash Management
- Start your shift with the correct float and balance cash accurately
- Immediately report any shortages or overs
- Follow all procedures to prevent fraud and losses
🧾 Sales Admin
- Handle transactions carefully to minimize risk
- Spot and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity
🧹 Branch Appearance
- Keep the branch neat, tidy, and professional
- Ensure all equipment works properly
- Report any faults or broken items to management
😊 Customer Service
- Be friendly, polite, and helpful to all customers
- Handle complaints professionally and give great service
- Build relationships with regular customers

⚖️ Compliance & Ethics

- No credit bets allowed!
- Don’t place bets while on duty or in uniform
- Follow all ethical and operational policies strictly
🎯 Minimum Requirements
- Must be able to work in Durban
- Available to work flexible and casual hours
- Must have basic numerical and customer service skills
- Understanding of betting rules is a big advantage

- A valid driver’s license
- A Diploma or Degree in a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in the gaming or betting industry
