What You’ll Do as a Store Assistant

As a Permanent Store Assistant, you’re not just working behind the counter. You’re helping customers look and feel amazing. You’ll be the face of Spitz, making sure the store looks perfect and customers leave happy. Your job is to give every shopper the VIP treatment.

Here are your key responsibilities:

💰 Cash Handling

Work at the cash desk with complete accuracy.
Make sure there are no cash mistakes during the day.
Handle payments and banking duties quickly and correctly.

📦 Stock Management

Help with daily stock tasks to keep the store looking great.
Organize storerooms and keep everything in its place.
Help pair and display shoes correctly so the store always looks top-notch.
Take part in weekly stock counts.

🛍️ Customer Service & Sales

Offer expert advice on our products and help customers find their perfect style.
Be friendly, helpful, and always professional.
Give every customer a premium shopping experience.

What You Need to Apply

Spitz wants someone who’s reliable, passionate, and stylish. If you love working with people and want to grow your career in fashion, here’s what you’ll need:

Matric/Grade 12 certificate – this is a must.
At least 6 months to 1 year of retail experience – bonus points if you’ve worked in fashion before.
A love for high-end fashion and helping people.
