💼 Job Responsibilities

As a General Assistant, you will:

✔️ Prepare and serve food – Help the chefs dish up meals and ensure food looks great
✔️ Maintain hygiene – Keep kitchen areas clean and sanitized at all times
✔️ Stock control – Check food supplies, report low stock, and ensure proper storage
✔️ Follow safety standards – Ensure food handling meets health and safety guidelines
✔️ Assist in kitchen operations – Help with meal prep, food storage, and daily tasks
✔️ Minimize waste – Properly store leftovers and discard expired food items
✔️ Ensure smooth service – Make sure orders are prepared on time and presented well
✔️ Maintain equipment – Clean cooking appliances, work surfaces, and kitchen floors
