Job Title: 24hr Flexi Sales Associate

As a 24hr Flexi Sales Associate, your main goal is to drive sales and create a great shopping experience for every customer who walks into the showroom.

This is not just about standing behind a counter. It is about connecting with people, understanding what they need, and helping them make the right choice.

What You Will Be Doing

This role involves sales, service, and administration. You will manage the full customer journey from start to finish.

Here is what your daily duties will include:

Drive Sales and Attract Customers

  • Lead sales activations in nearby areas
  • Bring new customers into the store
  • Increase foot traffic
  • Boost store revenue

You will actively promote products and show customers why homechoice products are worth buying.

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly
  • Understand their needs
  • Provide product demonstrations
  • Explain pricing and special offers clearly
  • Highlight key product features

Your energy and confidence will help turn visitors into paying customers.

Manage the Full Customer Journey

  • Open customer accounts
  • Process orders

Maintain Store Standards

  • Keep the showroom clean and organized
  • Make sure displays look attractive

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric (minimum requirement)
  • At least 1 year retail experience
  • Clear criminal record
  • Clear ITC record (must have)
  • Must not be debarred or declared not fit and proper under the FAIS Act
  • Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Experience in homeware retail will be an advantage, but it is not compulsory.
