  1. Provide Excellent Customer Service: You’ll be the face of HomeChoice, so it’s important to make every customer feel valued and well-cared for. This includes greeting customers, offering assistance, and making sure they have a smooth shopping experience.
  2. Sales Target Achievement: You’ll be responsible for meeting your sales targets by converting visitors into buyers. You’ll do this through product demonstrations, answering questions, and highlighting product features.
  3. Customer Journey Management: From opening accounts to processing orders, you’ll ensure customers experience a seamless journey. Your job is to assist them at every stage, making their shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.
  4. Product Knowledge & Pricing: You’ll need to know HomeChoice’s products inside out. By understanding the pricing, promotions, and features, you’ll ensure customers get the best value for their money.
  5. Resolve Queries: If customers have any questions or issues, you’ll be the person they turn to. You’ll handle product inquiries, payments, refunds, and credits professionally and efficiently.
  6. Store Maintenance: Keeping the store clean and organized is essential to ensure customers enjoy a pleasant shopping environment. You’ll help maintain this standard with regular housekeeping.
  7. Stock Management: You’ll assist with stock checks and replenishment to ensure that the store is always stocked with the products customers need.
  8. Administration & Reporting: You’ll be responsible for keeping records up to date and ensuring all sales metrics are tracked accurately for performance monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail
  • Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
