The Opportunity:

As a Customer Care Service Agent, your primary role will be to handle customer queries, issues, and concerns through various communication channels. You’ll be expected to deliver exceptional service, provide innovative solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media messages about issues, product concerns, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish positive rapport with customers.
  • Address and resolve customer queries on social media platforms.

  • Update customer information in the service database during and after calls.
  • Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and marketing strategies by working closely with the management team.
  • Help improve the company’s customer satisfaction by turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
  • Provide accurate feedback and update reports promptly.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Education: Grade 12 with a Tertiary qualification.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and at least one other language.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in customer care or a call center.
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate knowledge (speed, accuracy, and navigation).

Desirable:

  • Experience with online chat platforms.
  • Experience working from home or remotely.
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM or more with 90% accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
