Where You Will Work

The position is based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, inside a store-in-store environment. This means you will work within a larger retail space but represent the Apple brand directly.

What This Job Is About

As an Apple Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the brand. Your job is to guide customers, demonstrate products, and help them choose the right Apple devices and services.

You will spend a lot of time interacting with customers, answering questions, and showing them how products work. This means you need to be confident, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Your Main Responsibilities

Helping Customers and Driving Sales

Talk to customers and understand what they are looking for
Recommend Apple products that suit their needs
Demonstrate how devices like iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks work
Create a great customer experience from start to finish
Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets

Product Knowledge and Demonstrations

Stay updated with the latest Apple products and features
Show customers how to use different devices and services
Explain product benefits in a simple and clear way

Teamwork and Store Operations

Work closely with team members and store staff
Help maintain smooth daily operations
Support stock management and general store duties

What You Need to Apply

To qualify for this role, you must have:

Matric (Grade 12)
At least 1 year of retail experience (electronics experience is a big advantage)

You will also benefit if you have:

Experience in leadership or supervising
Knowledge of POS systems and stock management
Familiarity with iOS and Apple products

You may need to pass background checks (criminal, credit, and references)
