About the Role

As a Store-in-Store Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of the iStore brand inside one of their concession outlets. You’ll showcase Apple products, assist customers in choosing the right devices and accessories, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

Your main duties will include:

• Demonstrating the latest Apple products and software
• Engaging customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Providing personalised solutions that meet customer expectations
• Working closely with store teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintaining the highest standards of customer service
• Contributing to store sales targets and operational goals

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Matric / High School Diploma
• At least 3 years of customer-facing retail experience (electronics experience preferred)
• Managerial experience (advantageous)
• Knowledge of POS systems, Syspro, and iOS (advantageous)
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Strong people skills and a passion for customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
